Metal oxide layers can also build up over time. These imperfections have to be removed before the blank can be formed into a sufficient raw material for further processing.
The raw stock can be later machined into finished pieces such as axles, piston rods, or extrusion blanks for manufacturing plastic tube. In all of these cases, it's important to have a completely smooth, defect-free continuous surface with precise dimensions. That's where the bar peeling process comes into play. It produces the smooth surfaces and critical dimensions for downstream parts processing.

Peeling machine technology process

Process description:
1, Driving and loading→ driving to swing bar materials to the feed platform. Thin materials need to list neatly by people to prevent the pruning of materials and influence providing materials automatically.
2, Pneumatic automatic feeding hands→ Pneumatic automatic feeding hands move materials to input roller road
3, Input roller table→ send work pieces to clip and delivery roller device
4, Hydraulic clip and delivery materials → The pinch roll device is to use two of the pinch roll clamping bar material, hydraulic pressure, two low-speed motor, according to the workpiece feed speed peeling machine.
5, Peeling → high speed peeling the work piece through four cutters of cutter plate on main axle
6, Hydraulic pull out →Installed clip out roller device behind the main engine of peeling machine, hydraulic fastening, pulled by three low speed motors, clip and pull out work pieces.
7, Output roller table→ The workpiece to the output roller table, the output rollers roll over automatically and turn the workpiece onto the transition platform.
8, Transition platform→ The workpiece is rolled to the collecting slot on the inclined plane of the transition platform.
9, Finished collecting groove→ Here is the collecting device for the finished product with the weight less than 2000Kg
